PLA 3D printing materials based on potato starch comes out

Recently, Biome Plastics, a company from Ireland that developed a kind of Bioplastics made with potato starch, and 3D printer made from wire Biome3D.

The company said its biodegradable coffee package is valued at $ 6.6 billion global packaging coffee on the market, a sustainable packaging alternatives. The company added that each year in the United States have 91 individually packaged coffee and drink boxes is poured into a landfill. These new coffee is made from plant starch and made of wood byproducts. Biome goal now is to make use of its own technology in 3D printing on the wire.
Today, the Biome Bioplastics have partnership with NatureWorks company offers a series of PLA PLA made from corn fiber wire. The two companies said their product development is entering the next phase.
